Images and video

Rights-safe visuals with transparent sourcing.

Article images

Primary article and card images must be original, licensed for the intended commercial use, or supplied as an approved press asset. Licensed actor file photos are identified by the event context and carry visible source and licence links. Each locally stored image is recorded in the publication’s rights manifest with its creator, source, licence basis and approved use.

Commercial-use photography

The current actor, cinema and streaming photographs come from creators who made them available under licences that permit commercial editorial use. Credits, licence links and source pages are shown with the article image and retained in the rights record. Ordinary movie posters and promotional stills are not treated as open-use images.

AI-generated artwork

Original generated artwork may be used for publication branding or clearly editorial illustration. It must not imitate a real performer, falsely imply a studio endorsement or present a fabricated scene as documentary evidence.

Trailers and external video

Official YouTube trailers use lazy-loaded players from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. The native player is visible and playable on the page, while a direct YouTube link remains available if embedding is blocked or inappropriate.
